In June 2022, TYHEN Foundation 2 sets of KR90A small rotary drilling rig participated in the construction of the pavement foundation hardening (plain pile) project of the 3rd section of Henan Fangtang expressway.

The project is a subgrade project of plain concrete pile foundation treatment construction. The main construction contents include: original ground treatment, plain concrete pile construction, pile cap construction, gravel cushion laying, geogrid laying, etc. In the project, plain concrete piles are set up on the subgrade base of the higher section of the bridge head fill to deal with the weak foundation. The diameter of the plain concrete pile is 600mm, and it is poured with C20 concrete. The top of the pile is set with a C30 reinforced concrete pile cap, and the top of the pile cap is set with a 40cm gravel cushion, and anti-seepage geotextiles and geogrids are laid. The whole line has a total of 2398.9m of plain concrete pile treatment sections, and a total of 14053 pile foundations.

The construction site is the hardened pavement foundation on both sides of the culvert. There are 200-300 design pile points on each side. The geology is full soil layer, a small amount of groundwater, the pile diameter is 600mm, and the pile depth is between 6.3m-9.3m. TYHEN foundation construction team got that the hole formation is 983m, the daily hole formation is between 300-500m, and the project of a single working face can be completed in two working days. TYSIM KR90A rotary drilling rig, the engine power is 86kw, the weight of the whole machine is 25t, and it can be transported with an integral rod, which reduces the disassembly and assembly time during transportation, and effectively solves the problem of frequent delays during the construction process.
