Recently, Tyhen Foundation KR360C rotary drilling rig was constructing in ShiShi YTO Headquarters Project, in QuanZhou City, FuJian Province, and this project is mainly for pile foundation construction of the factory plant. The rich experience and skilled operation of Tyhen rig operators were highly praised by the on-site management, the general contractor and the owner. The excellent performance of the drilling rig made the on-site management praise: Tysim KR360C save fuel, high efficiency , and no faults in continuous construction.

The project covers an area of 169 acres, with a total construction area of 160,000 square meters. It is a comprehensive building, a smart logistics center and a cloud warehouse distribution center. The pile diameter at the construction site is 1000mm, the depth is 31m, and the geological conditions are: 1-9m for backfill, 9-16m for oblique rock (granite composition), 16-23m for sandstone, and 23-31m for granite. The site stratum is complex and the construction is difficult. Tyhen Foundation is equipped with more than 3 years experience skilled operators, operating the KR360C rotary drilling rig to overcome various difficulties, meet the design requirements of the pile foundation, and successfully complete the hole-forming construction task. The customer is very satisfied with the stability, fuel consumption and overall construction progress of the drilling rig.

Tysim KR360C(CAT chassis) adopts the high-performance hydraulic system and control system which was co-developed by Tianjin University Numerical Control and Hydraulic Technology Research Institute, to realize efficient construction and real-time monitoring of drilling rigs, and optimize weight distribution, higher safety, better stability, and safer construction.
