APIE's fifth anniversary conference was successfully concluded; In-depth integration and common development was advocated
The 5th Anniversary meeting of APIE was held in YiXing, JiangSu Province from 21 to 22 January, 2022. During the conference, representatives of various members and industry experts had a good interaction and exchange of knowledge, in which Carlson Heavy Machinery Co. Ltd has expressed interest in cooperation with TYSIM, planning to launch the linking of ShenZhen Metro and HangZhou Center project after the Lunar New Year.
According to Mr. Wang, our business partner in Thailand, Southeast Asian countries have fully liberalized epidemic control measures, and the operating rate of equipment has increased significantly. With the establishment of APIE Piling Equipment Trading Co., Ltd, team members have become shareholders one after another, combined with TYSIM's years of operation capacity, we believe that under the leadership of Mr. Phua, TYSIM's executive deputy General Manager, the international market share will pose to increase. Mr Di, Vostosun's chairman, has suggested to focus on markets in the Central and Western Asia such as Afghanistan and Russia. This meeting has determined and confirmed that the business strategy for APIE in 2022 will be mainly "to lower cost and to increase efficiency, and to prioritize four modernizations". We aim to complete the production planning, product R&D, allocation of resources while focusing on products, customers and markets. Through the products + services + system solutions, we aim to have precise positioning, strengthening the process control system internally, so as to maintain concentration and core competency to increase our market share.
The meeting further advocated the development of alliances and the sharing of resources, through finding the logical relationship by considering the core products from different enterprises, members of APIE will make refined products and to foster more service value. In terms of service, TYSIM has always been adhering to the core principle of “Value Creation Focus”, through digital tools, self-initiated online services, pre-provided maintenance tips, close offline cooperation and customer evaluation, problems in marketing and sales are solved to ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of parts, maintenance and services. We should provide life-cycle management for our products, focus on customer experience and customer satisfaction in leasing; do well in after sales customer visit and conduct customer survey by independent 3rd party; all strategies mentioned above will be conducive to increase brand influence and to increase returning orders, as well as our referral rate.
In addition, Mr Feng, General Manager of Tuff, talked about the difficulty of payment collection in 2021 at the meeting, which was acknowledge by many fellow members. TYSIM has the opportunity to deeply cooperate with Beijing Vibroflation, Tuff, XingLiang, HaoQuan, etc., as they can promote equipment leasing and sales through construction projects. The meeting also proposed that enterprises and organizations can actualized online and offline interaction through digital tools. In regard to that, TYSIM makes extensive use of marketing CRM and Ruiyun service system to achieve resource and information sharing. Huang ZhiMing, secretary general of Pile Construction Machinery Branch of Chinese Construction Machinery Industry Association, emphasized that interest binding and healthy development can be achieved through regional testing zone, product trial marketing and other more testing modes.
On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the establishment of APIE, all enterprises highly valued the future development of APIE, have strengthened the determination of cooperation, have established the confidence to achieve deeper integration, and have deeply believed that APIE will have a broader development route in the future.
APIE was established in Wuxi in December 2016 as an alliance to share customer Resources and marketing efforts. APIE was established in response to the call made by two industry leaders namely Huang ZhiMing and Guo ZhuanXin to integrate together to share and develop together. Both are Secretary general of the Association of China Piling Machinery Industry.
The goal is for the six member companies to work together to share their resources. Please refer to table 1 for more detail. Adhering to the idea of "integrating to share and develop together”, The member units have formulated action plan of joint marketing promotion by way of sharing of the network publicity & media and to participate in domestic and foreign exhibitions and other aspects of inter-connection so as to maximize the effect of sharing of the marketing system and market resources of all members.
So far, there have been many successful cases of cross-marketing. Given this development, APIE can only be more enthusiasm, more pragmatic to do more outstanding work to deliver better products and services so as to be in line with the rapid development of economic society
