Recently, the "11^th Fourm of Deep Foundation Developmnet & 2021 Deep Foundation Engineering Technology Equipment Trade Fair" held in TaiYuan, ShanXi, TYSIM led APIE to make a grand appearance. In the special seminar supporting activities of Multi-function, Intelligence and Safety of Piling Equipment, Mr Xin Peng, Chairman of TYSIM, shared an excellent report entitled "Analysis of domestic and foreign Construction Method Application of Small Rotary Drilling Rig", which was widely acknowledged and praised by the delegates attended the meeting.

Focusing on R&D of small and medium-sized rotary drilling rigs for ten years

Mr Xin Peng is the founder of Tysim, which is professional enterprise focusing on R&D and manufacturing of small and medium-sized piling equipment. Tysim is also a member of the National Foundation Construction Standards Committee and a member of the Piling Sub-Committee of China Construction Machinery Industry Association. In 2021, Tysim has passed the evaluation of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and became one of the third batch of Professional Specialized Innovative Pioneer ‘Little Giant’ Enterprise in China.

At present, Tysim has registered more than 40 patents, all products have passed CE certification of the European Union and have been exported to 26 countries. After more than 10 years of dedication, Tysim has developed a complete range of small and medium sized rotary drilling series suitable for single-load transportation including the A Series Chinese chassis, C series CAT chassis, M series multifunctional with CFA function, S series low head room, modular attachment to upgrade an excavator into a small rig, and tools for excavators such as KM series telescopic arm, KP series pile breaker and KA series spiral drill.

Throughout the country, KR40A modular rotary drilling rig participated in the construction of new rural houses in MeiZhou, Guangdong province, and participated in the construction of electric towers in ChangSha, HuNan Province. KR50A modular rotary drilling rig was used in the embankment reinforcement project of Nanjing Reservoir and also appeared in the embankment reinforcement project of HaiNing river in ZheJiang Province. KR60A another model of small rotary drilling rig was used in KunShan "Lotus Moon Garden" building construction foundation; KR90A was used in XuZhou DaWa- LongCheng 220KV electricity line project, and NanJing metro 7^th Line construction project.

KR110D rotary drilling rig was booked to participate in the construction of HuNan electric tower foundation. it was mainly used for deep foundation excavation, according to the feedback, KR110D with an extended chassis, a walking traction of 230kN with 25° slope climbing ability offers walking and construction with high stability. This was most suitable for electric construction field comprising strong weathering and medium weathering rock taking only 9 hours to complete a pile with a drilling diameter of 2000mm and a depth of 12.8 meters. The outstanding performance has obtained loud appraisal from the clients.

On the other site, KR125A joined the office building project of Wuxi East High-speed Railway station and the construction project of NanJing JiangNing service area followed by joining KR150A to appear in the expansion project of Wuxi 7^th People's Hospital and the infrastructure construction project of a special line electricity tower in HuNan

KR220C shouldered heavy responsibilities to contribute to the foundation construction of NanChong Building, the construction project of QingYuan Intelligent Automobile Industrial Park in LiShui, ZheJiang, and the ZhangZhou Nuclear power Plant project in Fujian. Among them, in the construction project of QingYuan Smart Automobile Industrial Park in LiShui, ZheJiang province, the site geological situation is complicated, including backfilled soil, clay soil, silt, highly weathered and moderately weathered rock strata, as well as solitary stones. The pile diameter is mainly 800mm and the depth is about 30 meters. The stratum is complicated and the construction is difficult. The client overcome all kinds of difficulties by using KR220C electronic controlled rotary drilling rig to meet the design requirements of the pile foundation. The rig is stable, reliable and fuel-efficient, and the overall construction progress is very satisfying to the contractor.

It is worth mentioning that the excellent performance of TYSIM is not only limited to the domestic market. Up to now, TYSIM products have passed CE certification of the European Union, and have been working in the international market for a long time to engage in the construction of international projects.

The customized KR50 rotary drilling rig has been well received in offshore projects in New Zealand and infrastructure projects in Malaysia. KR90C rotary drilling rig, KR90M multi-functional rotary drilling rig, KR125A rotary drilling rig, KR125M multi-functional rotary drilling rig, and KR220M multi-functional rotary drilling rig were engaged in the construction of Harare Airport expansion in Zimbabwe, multi-functional rotary excavation in Australia, transmission line project in Zambia, offshore platform operation in Qatar, housing pile construction in Australia, single-shaft mixing pile construction in Singapore, and construction of Uzbek Financial Building Center project respectively.

During the construction project in Malaysia, KR300C medium rotary drilling rig encountered relatively complex geological structure with quartzite hardness reaching 80Mpa. With a drilling diameter of 1500mm, KR285C medium rotary drilled into the rock depth of 8m, to complete a hole in 14 hours. Comparing with a German brand BG36 rotary drilling rig, KR300C medium rotary drilling rig outstanding performance is extremely satisfied by the client especially the professional after-sales service system.

Despite the constant praise from home and abroad, Mr. Xin Peng insists that the current honor is only the recognition of TYSIM's past efforts.
