Recently, Tysim low head room rotary drilling rig KR300ES participated in the project to upgrade and transform the Hangzhou West WenYi (East West Avenue - JingChang Avenue), The stratum is red sandstone involving rock entry of 4~5 meters. KR300ES completed the construction of the foundation piles efficiently.

The first section of the upgrading and transforming project of Hangzhou West WenYi Road (East west Avenue - JingChang Avenue) starts from ZhongXin Road in the west and ends in the at ChuangYuan Road in the east comprising urban expressway and on the ground main roads. The whole project includes tunnel engineering, road engineering, bridge engineering, pipe network engineering, landscape vegetation, and other auxiliary works. The project is an important part of the "Four Vertical and Five Horizontal" expressway network system of Hangzhou, and the west gate of the main urban area of Hangzhou. The project will strengthen the connection between the future science and technology city and the main urban area, and improve the comprehensive quality of the future science and technology city.

In response to the different needs of the customers to meet the difficult construction conditions within buildings & large tunnels, under the viaduct and high voltage lines and other environments, Tysim R&D Department focused on the needs to quickly develop a set of technical solution to launch this special model of KR300ES low head room rotary drilling rig. At present, KR300ES has passed a few market tests by successfully participated in WuHan Metro Line 11 in HuBei Province; ShenZhen Guangming City High-speed Railway; Shenzhen Tiegang Shiyan Reservoir; and few other projects. The maximum drilling depth of Tysim KR300ES rotary drilling rig is 35 meters, the construction height is 10 meters, the maximum construction diameter is 2 meters, the power head torque is 320kN.m, with a weight of the whole machine is 76 tons. Under the condition of low construction height and ultra-deep construction depth, the construction of large diameter pile into rock can now be completed with reasonable budget.
